Never minister in isolation again!

About A.R.M.I.

The Association of Related Ministries International (ARMI) is an extension of Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM). ARMI is a unique partnership committed to providing resources to help like-minded ministers succeed in a spirit of excellence and to draw from the experience and expertise of both the AWM and Charis Bible College staff.

This ministers’ association is unique because of its plan to provide pastors and licensed ministers with encouragement and support through continued education and training. Andrew and UK ARMI Director John Donnelly want to personally invite you to join this ministerial association. You will be blessed!

Nearly 40% of ministers consider quitting full-time ministry each year.

Ministry is a tough job, and many times those who lead have no one to support them.

We’ve seen ministers from all over deal with these issues:

Isolation

Isolation — Man sitting alone on bed

When you are a leader, the challenges you face in ministry dealing with people, finances, and leadership cannot always be discussed freely with those closest to you. Therefore, at times it is not unusual to feel very alone in ministry.

Underequipping

Whether it is teaching on a specific topic you desire to equip people with or just inspiration or revelation for your personal growth, finding the right resources to facilitate your growth as a leader and the success of your ministry can be a challenge.

Burnout

The demands of ministry, the expectations of people, and dealing with the various crises people go through can become emotionally draining. Added to that, managing the balance between family and ministry can cause you to reach the point you feel you have nothing left to give.

A.R.M.I. is here to bolster you as a minister of the kingdom and help you deal with these challenges.

Community

Vic and Nanette Cameron

Vic and Nanette (Nunsy) have lived all their lives in the north-east of Scotland, pursuing their careers and bringing up a family in the local area.

They have been ministering the Gospel at Moray Grace Fellowship, for just over 13 years, starting the church in their home, and after a few venues, currently ministering out of the community hall in Lhanbryde.

They pastor the church with a passion for people, and base all their teaching on the Word of God.

The Word came alive for Nunsy after listening to Harnessing Your Emotions from Andrew Wommack. Vic gradually came on board with the ‘grace message’ over the next few years, and they have supported the ministry of Andrew and Jamie ever since, attending conferences and seminars as much as possible.

Vic is an alumni of Charis Bible College, having graduated from the CEM program with the Diploma of Biblical Studies in May 2020.

As well as running the ministry and spending time with their 3 children and 1 grandchild, Vic and Nunsy are both self-employed, with Vic running his own consultancy business and Nunsy working as a retail contractor.

Portrait of Gwenda Hayden

Gwenda Hayden

As a graduate of Charis Bible College, Gwenda completed the 3-year course in 2015. Having studied the correspondence course for the first year, a desire developed to help support other correspondence students as they study. Gwenda worked as a volunteer, in this capacity, until June 2016. From June 2016, Gwenda was given the opportunity to work on staff, at the college, as Distance Learning Co-ordinator.

During her 2nd year of studies, God placed a desire on Gwenda’s heart to start a Bible college in the South West.

During her 3rd year of studies, she started a Bible study group in Dawlish that continues today, and, following completion of the Directors Training Programme, Gwenda started a Charis Bible College in Exeter in August 2018 and has successfully completed 4 academic years as a Director.

Gwenda’s heart continues to be focussed towards helping others learn the truth of God’s Word. He revealed to Gwenda the words from Jeremiah 1:10 and 2 Corinthians 10:4-6. Gwenda says, “God has done, and is doing, an awesome work in my life.” Included in this is God giving her two wonderful daughters, 4 amazing grandchildren and, in July 2022, a great-grandson. He has also given her incredible gifts in encouraging others and administration.

Craig & Maud Jamison

Craig was born and raised in greater Belfast and came to faith in Jesus in 2010. He soon discovered a passion for evangelism and served in churches in the Belfast area. Craig sought and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in 2011, and around the same time he began attending Charis Belfast's local Discipleship Evangelism course.

At the end of this course, Craig working in retail at the time, committed to the Charis Bible College full course and completed three years, including an internship under college director Allan Bruce.

It was here when Craig discovered an abiding call of God, and a love for the people of Ireland as a whole. He met Maud in 2014, and continued working at a local supermarket alongside a volunteer role at Charis Belfast for the next couple of years. Craig cherished this time, growing in the Lord and learning as he served alongside a talented volunteer staff team, with whom, among other things, he helped lead mission trips both abroad and to various locations in Ireland.

Craig took the Dean of Students role in 2016 for four years, working alongside Allan Bruce and also worked as the Director of the college for its final two years.

Maud and Craig married in 2017 and live in Carlow. Together, they have a heart for the Good News of God’s grace through faith to be known in Ireland.
